Important Information
MyKit is a platform that enables sports clubs and organisations to run their own online shops. When you make a purchase, you are buying directly from the Organisation operating that shop, not from MyKit. Each Organisation sets their own refund and returns policies.
Who to Contact
For any questions about refunds, returns, or exchanges, please contact the Organisation you purchased from directly. You can find their contact information:
- On your order confirmation email
- On the Organisation's shop page
- In your order history (if you have an account)
Your Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer protection law, you have certain rights when purchasing online, including:
- 14-day cooling-off period: For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason
- Faulty goods: You have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty or not as described
- Clear information: You should receive clear information about the product before purchase
Note: Some exceptions may apply, particularly for personalised or customised items. Please check with the Organisation for their specific policy on customised products.
Customised & Personalised Items
Many products on our platform can be personalised with names, initials, or numbers. Under EU law, the 14-day cooling-off period may not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Each Organisation will have their own policy regarding returns of customised items, so please check before ordering or contact them directly.
How Returns Typically Work
While each Organisation has their own process, returns generally follow these steps:
- Contact the Organisation - Reach out to explain the issue and request a return
- Receive instructions - The Organisation will provide return instructions and any necessary forms or labels
- Return the item - Send the item back as instructed, keeping proof of postage
- Receive your refund - Once the return is processed, you'll receive your refund via the original payment method
MyKit's Role
As the platform provider, MyKit:
- Does not handle refunds or returns directly
- Does not hold or ship any products
- Cannot modify or cancel orders on behalf of Organisations
- May assist in facilitating communication if there are issues

Payment Refunds
Refunds are processed by the Organisation through Stripe, our payment processor. Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
