MyKit is a platform that enables sports clubs and organisations to run their own online shops. Shipping is handled directly by each Organisation, not by MyKit. Shipping options, costs, and delivery times vary between Organisations.
How Shipping Works
When you place an order through a shop on our platform:
- The Organisation receives your order and prepares it for dispatch
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
- The Organisation ships directly to your provided address
- You'll receive tracking information when available
Shipping Options & Costs
Each Organisation sets their own shipping options and rates. These are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Common options may include:
- Standard shipping
- Express or priority shipping
- Collection from a designated location
- Free shipping (for qualifying orders)
Shipping costs depend on factors such as your location, order size, and the Organisation's shipping arrangements.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on:
- The Organisation's processing time
- Whether items are in stock or need to be produced/customised
- Your delivery location
- The shipping method selected
- Courier service performance

Customised & Personalised Orders
Orders containing personalised items (with names, initials, or numbers) may take longer to process as they need to be produced to your specifications. The Organisation will provide estimated timeframes for customised orders. Please allow extra time for these items, especially during busy periods.
Order Tracking
Many Organisations provide tracking information for shipped orders. You can find tracking details:
- In your shipping confirmation email
- In your order history (if you have an account)
- By contacting the Organisation directly
Where We Ship
Each Organisation determines which locations they ship to. This information is available during checkout. If your location is not available for delivery, please contact the Organisation to enquire about alternative arrangements.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as:
- Package not arriving
- Damaged items
- Missing items from your order
- Delivery to wrong address
Please contact the Organisation directly as soon as possible. They will work with their courier to resolve the issue.
MyKit's Role
As the platform provider, MyKit does not handle shipping, hold inventory, or dispatch orders. All shipping is managed directly by the Organisations using our platform. For any shipping enquiries, please contact the Organisation you purchased from.
