2. About Our Platform

MyKit is a platform that enables sports clubs, teams, and organisations to create and manage their own online merchandise shops. MyKit provides the technology infrastructure but does not itself sell products to customers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Purchases and Transactions

When you make a purchase through a shop on our platform:

• You are entering into a contract directly with the Organisation operating that shop
• The Organisation is responsible for fulfilling your order
• Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are set by the Organisation
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe on behalf of the Organisation

MyKit facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the sale agreement between you and the Organisation.

5. Organisation Policies

Each Organisation on our platform may have their own policies regarding:

• Returns and refunds
• Shipping and delivery
• Product exchanges
• Order cancellations
• Customer service

Please review the specific policies of the Organisation you are purchasing from. For questions about your order, please contact the Organisation directly.

6. Acceptable Use

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

The MyKit platform, including its design, features, and content created by MyKit, is protected by intellectual property rights. Organisations retain ownership of their own content, branding, and product information. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyKit provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• MyKit is not liable for any products sold by Organisations on the platform
• MyKit is not responsible for the actions or policies of Organisations
• MyKit does not guarantee the accuracy of Organisation-provided content
• Our liability is limited to the amount of platform fees paid by you, if any

9. Disputes

Disputes with Organisations: If you have a dispute regarding a purchase, please contact the Organisation directly. MyKit may assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for resolving disputes between customers and Organisations.

Disputes with MyKit: Any disputes regarding the platform itself should be directed to us at info@mykit.ie. We will attempt to resolve any issues in good faith.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any legal proceedings relating to these terms shall be brought in the courts of Ireland.
